A space for teens to talk, connect, and grow.
This weekly group gives teens a supportive environment to:
- Process emotions in real time
- Navigate friendships, family, and relationships
- Build confidence and communication skills
- Feel less alone in what they’re going through
What makes this group different?
Each week focuses on a different, relevant topic, such as:
- Anxiety & overthinking
- Friend drama & social stress
- Boundaries & people-pleasing
- Mood swings & emotional regulation
- Self-esteem & identity
- Family conflict
- Coping with stress & overwhelm
Who it’s for:
Teens ages 13–17 who would benefit from:
- Talking things out (not just learning skills)
- Peer connection in a guided setting
- Support navigating everyday stressors
Why process groups?
Sometimes teens don’t need another lecture—they need:
- A place to be heard
- A chance to hear “me too”
- Support from both a therapist and peers
