Prior to entering into a counseling relationship with Personal Balance Counseling (PBC), it is important that we establish the foundation for a beneficial therapeutic relationship.  Establishing this foundation starts with the completion of a PBC registration packet.

2021 VIRTUAL DBT Group sessions are conducted on the following evenings:

*These groups are currently scheduled for Virtual given the current state of COVID, but we are hoping to go in person should we see a decrease in cases by the fall. It has proven to be difficult to run groups with face masks!

  • Adult DBT Groups:  7:30 PM – 8:45 PM Monday and Thursday evenings. Twice weekly are mandatory and are not optional to be in group.
  • Adolescent Groups: 6:00 PM – 7:15 PM on Tuesday evenings.
    • Adolesent groups are currently on hiatus due to enrollement numbers! We will resume once we have enough members to fill the group

All start dates are dependent on number of group participants. Please call or email to confirm. Insurance is accepted for Adult and Adolescent group sessions. Commitment and Material Fees are not covered by Insurance Providers.

Next start date: September 13th, 2021

Commitment Fee of $100 includes manual, phone coaching, materials, and commitment to the group.
