A simpler way to make a referral
Share the minimum information PBC needs to begin outreach. Our intake team will acknowledge professional referrals by the same or next business day and will contact the parent or guardian before discussing scheduling for a minor.
How to make a referral
To begin a referral, call or email PBC Intake using the options above. A parent or guardian may also complete new-client registration through the secure client portal.
Please protect student privacy. Do not include protected health information in ordinary email. Call PBC Intake to coordinate the safest way to share referral details.
What happens next
1. Referral received
PBC reviews the minimum information provided.
2. Acknowledgment
The referring professional receives confirmation by the same or next business day.
3. Family outreach
Intake contacts the parent, guardian, or adult student to review fit, insurance, and availability.
4. Clinical matching
The student is matched based on age, needs, scheduling, and clinician availability.
