Mindful Balance is a 6 week guided mindfulness group designed to help you stay present, regulate emotions, and build self-esteem in a supportive setting for adults ages 21 and over.

Meets weekly, in person, at 10 am beginning October 5th, 2025.

✔ Learn practical mindfulness techniques for stress and anxiety management
✔ Develop healthier boundaries and improve emotional regulation
✔ Boost self-esteem through guided self-compassion exercises
✔ Engage in a supportive group setting with professional facilitation
✔ Covered by insurance with self-pay options available
