
Sam Pagana is a Licensed Professional Counselor who obtained her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lewis University. She is continuing her education in a doctoral program specializing in Trauma. Sam provides individual and family counseling to clients ages 4 and up.
Her extensive experience encompasses working with children, adolescents, and adults across various settings such as intensive outpatient care, partial hospitalization, individual and family counseling. She strives to include your personality and preferences in session to better help you process your emotions and work on skills to manage your mental health symptoms. She has experience working with depression, LGBTQ+ issues, anxiety, trauma, self-injurious behaviors, and eating disorders. Sam has been trained in different therapeutic modalities including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Existential Therapies.
