Kathy Muloski, LSW

Kathy Muloski, a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with a master’s degree in social work, specializing in holistic and mindfulness approaches is a seasoned clinician working with adults and teens. Her practice is dedicated to offering a calm, supportive environment where clients feel safe to express their difficult moments from past trauma, current trauma, and exploration in the therapy space.

With a background in working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma symptoms, she is passionate about helping individuals learn to empower themselves. Seeing her clients continue their journey equipped with the tools they need is her greatest joy.

Kathy has extensive experience in providing therapy to those working through past traumas, healing from emotional wounds, and working through life adjustment, conflict, and changes. Kathy utilizes several empirically based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, and Solution Focused therapy and has a specialization in Holistic and Mindfulness based therapies. She understands the importance of meeting you where you’re at and will modify her practice to suit your needs.

Kathy has a background in community outpatient work, private practice, and work in the schools. Drawing on her experience in life, raising a child, and working in a variety of settings, Kathy brings understanding, compassion, safety, and a calmness to the therapeutic space.

She will work with you to create a comfortable, enjoyable, therapeutic space. She will focus on your strengths to facilitate progress towards therapeutic goals and overall improved quality of life.
