Register and schedule appointment by calling us at (708) 949-8688 or click to email us at newclientinfo@personalbalancecounseling.com. You can also schedule online via our client portal.

New clients may register online by selecting Personal Balance Counseling and providing the required information.  PBC will contact you to help you choose the appropriate Clinician, schedule your first appointment and, if necessary, assist you in completing the required PBC Registration package.  All registration forms must be completed prior to your first appointment.

Existing clients, please call us at (708) 949-8688 to schedule new appointment or cancel an existing appointment. Please remember all appointments must be cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment date/time.

Schedule Telehealth appointment now!

Here at Personal Balance, we feel the stress, anxiety, and thoughts of uncertainty. Everyone does. We hear you. Right now, our team is expanding hours for those interested in time limited Teletherapy. 

Call (708) 949-8688 and leave a voicemail at extension ‘0’ to schedule a single session, a vent session, a coping skills session, an anxiety debriefing session, or a companion willing to walk with you through these times session. We’re here for you. A clinician will return your call to schedule your telehealth session.

register for DBT groups

DBT Group counseling is conducted over a two (2) session format. The first session is executed over a 10-week period. The second, optional session, is executed over a 5-week period. Individual work sessions are conducted on the following evenings:

Adolescent DBT Groups: Monday evenings – 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM. Mandary attendance is required. NEXT SESSION BEGINS OCTOBER 20TH 2025

Adult DBT Groups:  Monday and Thursday evenings6:00 PM – 7:00 PM. Notification of missed session is required. NEXT SESSION BEGINS OCTOBER 20TH 2025
