Stephanie Arambula is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and a Certified Alcohol and Other Drugs Counselor (CADC). She has experience working with adults aged 18 and over in her most recent setting, who are struggling with substance use disorders, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, trauma and self-injury behaviors. However, Stephanie thrives with teenage and adult clients alike who are interested in gaining control over their life and creating a life worth living.

Stephanie has experience in different levels of care including partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient
and outpatient services. These facilities include treatment for substance use disorders, mood disorders
and eating disorders.


Stephanie’s therapeutic modalities include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral
Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Stephanie understands that seeking therapy is a
large step and can be intimidating. Stephanie believes in helping clients find their power and developing
motivation to change their lives. She works to provide a comforting environment through a person-
centered therapeutic style that meets clients where they are at. Stephanie’s counseling style is
empathic, strengths based and collaborative. Stephanie’s goal is to empower her clients to develop skills
and take necessary steps to improve their well-being.
